Google Data Studio to the Rescue!

The Challenge

Our client's business is heavily reliant on access to real-time data to manage resource allocation. The challenge is their business data is locked away in their PostgreSQL database, spread across various tables making it impossible to obtain insight without modeling and a data visualization tool.

The Solution

The client was already a user of the Google Cloud Platform and G Suite and familiar with Google Data Studio. Using the PowerHouse Data Studio Accelerator, we transformed the client into a data-driven powerhouse in a matter of weeks. The solution consisted of a mock-up of the Dashboard enabling the client to provide feedback on the look, feel and insights. We then design the data model organizing their database into service type views to be incorporated into the dashboard. After developing the dashboard we provided training on using and updating the dashboard.
And of course, we have the Google Data Studio Support Plan for any client who'd prefer we continue to manage the dashboard on their behalf.
